Creating the Menopause Range

I’m reaching the age where the topic-du-jour when catching up with friends tends to be less about our dating shenanigans, and more about hot flushes, night sweats and other menopausal related subjects.

Perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. I think I’d been in sweet denial. But hearing from more and more of my friends as they’re starting to experience perimenopause symptoms, I realised I needed to be across it - for when my time came.

I love reading, and I love researching. I am also a huge fan of solutions that nature provides us. Don’t get me wrong - there is absolutely a place for pharma, but as I’ve gotten older, I’m much more conscious of what I put on, and in my body.

So, when I heard about hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, itchy bits and many, many other symptoms that women experience in the lead up to, through and beyond menopause, I decided I’d look into it. Surely there were options available that didn’t involve pills and patches?!?

They say that “necessity is the mother of invention” and after finding products that fell into one of three camps - pharmaceutical, supplements, or beauty - the Menopause Range was born.

So, after long nights researching and reading clinical studies, I started to put together products for the four main symptoms I was hearing about - hot flushes, night sweats (and sleep disturbances), brain fog and itchy bits. I then put the call out to women who were experiencing these symptoms and started conducting user-testing, refining the products based on the feedback I received. I am so grateful to each of the women who assisted me - having the opportunity to do real-world user testing has been so incredibly valuable and has meant that I can now make these products available for other women to benefit from.

I created the Menopause Relief Started Kit with trial sizes of each of the products, so women have an opportunity to try them out. If there’s a particular product that works its magic, or if you’re only looking for one of the products to alleviate a particular symptom - larger sizes of each of the products can be purchased individually.
