Dispatched from the beautiful Kapiti Coast in Wellington, please allow:

1 – 3 business days for North Island delivery

3 – 5 business days for South Island delivery

Allow an additional 1 – 2 business days for rural deliveries

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday so any orders placed during the weekend (or on public holidays) will be picked up the next business day for delivery.

We only deliver within New Zealand.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take great pride in creating our gift boxes and products so if you have a concern with any item or if your gift box has been damaged in transit please contact us at sara@flowersandfaeries.co.nz as soon as possible (within 3 working days of receiving your gift box) so we can rectify any issues. 

We are not able to exchange gift boxes if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

In the event of a damaged or faulty item, please supply photos (and any further details) before you return the unused item to us, in its original packaging. We strongly recommend you return your item via a track and trace service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods aren’t returned in their original packaging, are used, or are returned later than 14 days after the original purchase. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are eligible for a refund we will process the payment via online banking in the form of direct credit.

Shipping costs for returning your item are at your own cost, and the original shipping cost (if charged) cannot be refunded.
